This person must be approved by the Pastor of the church listed above to be the main point of contact for this group. The Group Leader must also secure parent signatures on all waivers and email them to impactetx@gmail.com no later than a week prior to camp. Registration forms and waivers will be sent to the Group Leader Email listed below.

Add-ons ($20 each)
Shirt sizes must be emailed to impactetx@gmail.com and paid for no later than June 16. Please break down how many you need in each size for each camp. The group leader will receive the shirts upon arrival and can distribute to their students.
