I understand and agree to the following:

• it is the sole responsibility of each participant to become aware of all general rules and the rules for each category

• a copy of the rules and guidelines has been made available to me

• all files needed for an entry MUST be submitted with the registration

• I understand that under no circumstance will I be granted a refund

• a separate registration and fee will be required if I am selected to participate at National Expo (for each eligible category)

• I give permission to Impact ETX to send SMS texts to the number provided above regarding information on expo including invoices

• I agree that all decisions made by the youth director and judges are final
